Facade Inspection Singapore is operated by Ezzogenics Pte Ltd to support building owners, MCSTs, managing agents and appointed professionals with facade condition checks, Periodic Facade Inspection field support, photographic records and defect mapping.
Our role
We provide practical site support and documentation. Where statutory Periodic Facade Inspection is involved, the appointed Competent Person remains responsible for certification and final submission.
Inspection support
Visual sweeps, close-range checks, access coordination, elevation-by-elevation records and defect photo documentation.
Defect mapping
Clear schedules and photo registers for cracking, spalling, sealant failure, water ingress, cladding issues and maintenance items.
Facade maintenance
Follow-up support for sealant renewal, waterproofing, exterior repair, high-level cleaning and access-method planning.
