Qualified Contractor Support
Our team includes personnel trained in facade inspection for Periodic Facade Inspection-related works. We also have rope access capability through IRATA Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 rope access technicians, together with personnel trained in Managing Work at Height, Work-at-Height supervision, boom lift and scissor lift operation, and risk management planning. This combination is important because facade inspection often requires both technical observation and safe access to external elevations.

The company has attained bizSAFE Level 3, holds a BCA GB2 Builder Licence, and is registered under BCA CR06 Interior Decoration & Finishing Works. The team also has relevant training in CONQUAS, external wall waterproofing practices, Fire Safety Manager matters, and building-related site coordination. This broader contractor background helps us understand the relationship between facade defects, water ingress, sealant failure, cracks, spalling, metal and glass components, and repair feasibility.
Insurance and Site Responsibility
Our team workers are covered under public liability insurance for interior and exterior works, subject to the terms and conditions of the insurer, and Workmen Injury Compensation Insurance. This is relevant for facade access, inspection support, and external works carried out at height.
